In the beginning...

1610: This is the cut-off date for the Barde family tree in the commune of Saint Méard de Gurçon. Since then, successive generations have built up the family's heritage.
This old manor house to the west of Bergerac (30 km) resembles a 17th-century manor house, although it is not a Périgord gentleman's residence.
The mansard roof features two generous weathervanes with fleur-de-lys representing a dolphin, the emblem of the vineyard.
Here in Périgord Pourpre, you'll appreciate the diversity of its wide range of Bergerac and Montravel appellation wines, regularly awarded prizes, from a 70-hectare vineyard.
Discover dense, well-balanced reds with intense bouquets, aromatic dry whites with just the right amount of liveliness, fresh, delicate rosés and sweet, flowery, smooth, mellow wines.....
