Your order has been received.
Upon delivery, always check the condition of your packages in the presence of the delivery person.
In case of a damaged, broken, or missing package:
Make specific reservations on the delivery note (e.g., "2 broken bottles", "wet box", "1 missing package"). Vague reservations such as "subject to unpacking" are worthless.
Take photos of the damage (packages, packaging, bottles).
Contact us within 24 hours at chateauleraz@gmail.com with your photos and a copy of the delivery note.

Without written reservations given to the delivery person, no claim can be successful with the carrier and we will not be able to replace damaged products.
