Château le Raz has been in the Barde family since 1958. The 70-hectare vineyard extends over the right bank slopes of the Dordogne.
On the clay-limestone soils and boulbènes of the high plateaus, our vines are cultivated with respect for the environment and by choosing the best grape varieties.
The entire team at Château le Raz is dedicated to the sole objectives of a job well done and consistent quality. The loyalty of our customers is the most fitting reward.
The transmission of know-how: From generation to generation.
In 1967, Claudia and Pierrot, accompanied by their sons William and Gil, marked the birth of the Château Le Raz vineyard.
A few years later, Gil and William passed on the management of the vineyard, rich in history and imbued with a taste for innovation and modernity, to their children: Patrick, Cyril and Nathalie.
Today, Patrick, Cyril and Nathalie, their children, are committed to passing on the values of rigor and family know-how to the next generation, Angeline and Gaëtan.
