Tasting:
Yellow in color with slightly golden highlights. The nose has a good aromatic freshness that reveals notes of very ripe fruit and dried fruit (orange peel, hazelnut).
Serving temperature 8-10°C
Terroir: Clay-limestone soils with outcropping rock.
Agreements: Aperitif, pan-fried foie gras with figs, white pudding with apples, mature goat cheese, tarte tatin, or a pavlova with mango and passion fruit.
Shelf life: 3 to 5 years.
Capacity: 75cl, 37.5cl
