AOP Montravel "Les Filles"

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec.
 (aged for 18 months in oak barrels).

 Tasting:
 Structured with silky tannins, this wine is very elegant. It has received approval in the bottle.
 Serve at 17-19°C

 Terroir: Clay-limestone slopes.

 Agreements:   Beef stew , wild boar stew, sheep's milk cheese with black cherry jam, hand-cut beef tartare, dark chocolate fondant

 Guard: 15 years and over.

 Capacity: 75CL, 50CL, 150 Magnum.
