 Terroir: Boulbène plateaus and clay-limestone hillsides.

 Agreements:   Appetizers, tomato and basil bruschetta, olive pastries. Salmon tartare with dill, chicken skewers marinated in lemon and herbs de Provence. Sushi platter, strawberry salad.
