 Tasting:
 An expressive, aromatic blend with a lovely freshness. The aromas are dominated by notes of exotic fruits and boxwood.
 Serving temperature 8-10°C

 Terroir: Vines aged 5 to 20 years planted on clay-limestone slopes.

 Agreements: Aperitif, verrines with avocado cream, grapefruit and shrimp, sushi and maki, Rocamadour or Cabécou cheese, fresh goat cheeses.

 Shelf life: 1 to 2 years.

 Capacity: 75cl
