 A wine with slightly green highlights. On the palate, a sunny aromatic bouquet with intense citrus notes. A dry white wine with natural freshness.
 Serve at 10 to 13°C.

 Terroir: 5-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone slopes.

 Agreements: Appetizers, grilled prawns or langoustines, Thai chicken curry with coconut milk and lemongrass, fresh goat cheese, young Comté or Beaufort.
