This silky wine reveals aromas of red fruit. Well-integrated tannins, slightly spicy. The palate is smooth with a lovely freshness.
Serve at 14-15°C
Terroir: High plateaus and clay-limestone hillsides.
Agreements: A gourmet aperitif with a charcuterie and cheese board (Ossau-Iraty or Saint-Nectaire), Agen prune bites wrapped in smoked bacon. A porcini mushroom omelet, barbecued red meat skewers, duck shepherd's pie, or sausage rougail.
Storage: 2 years.
