 Tasting:
 
 The nose, both inviting and fruity, gradually evolves towards notes of grapefruit and pear. The palate is balanced and rounded, while retaining a lovely freshness.
 
 Serve at 8-10°C.
 

 
 Terroir: Vines aged 6 to 20 years planted on clay-limestone slopes.
 

 
 Agreements: Gourmet aperitif, green asparagus risotto, salad (grapefruit, avocado and shrimp), cod fillet, goat cheese bruschetta, honey and walnuts.
 

 
 Shelf life: 1 to 2 years.
