 The nose reveals citrus notes. The palate of this dry white wine remains balanced with a touch of acidity on the finish, allowing it to retain a lovely freshness.
 
 Serve at 10-13°C.
 

 
 Terroir: 5-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone slopes.
 

 
 Agreements: Aperitif, seafood, sea bream ceviche with lime and coriander, or salmon tartare with dill, baked camembert, raclette.
