Bergerac AOP Dry White

Sauvignon, Sémillon, Muscadelle.


 Tasting:

 This wine is distinguished by its aromatic intensity and beautiful finesse on the palate. Expressive and floral with notes of yellow fruits, such as peach and mango.

 Serving temperature 8-10°C


 Terroir: Vines 10 to 20 years old, planted on clay-limestone slopes.


 Agreements: Appetizers, toasts with salmon or tuna rillettes, white fish, veal escalopes with cream and mushrooms, Crottin de Chavignol cheese, hard cheeses.


 Shelf life: 1 to 2 years.


 Capacity: 75cl-50cl-37.5cl
