Tasting:
A nose with aromas of raspberry, cherry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is very aromatic, with a lovely freshness. This wine has good length and is perfectly suited to a summer meal.
Serving temperature 8-10°C
Terroir: Boulbène plateaus and clay-limestone hillsides.
Agreements: Aperitif, Bayonne ham, dry sausage, sausages, merguez and grilled pork chops, paella, strawberry and basil soup, a raspberry tart.
Shelf life: 1 to 2 years.
