Bergerac Red AOP

Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Malbec.

Tasting: With a beautiful deep red color and violet reflections, this wine has a nose of cooked red fruits, a supple attack and a good structure in harmony with its aromas.

Serve at 17-19°C

Terroir: Clay-limestone soils with ferruginous subsoil.

Agreements:   Grilled lamb chops with herbs de Provence, creamy polenta with wild mushrooms, roast chicken, Tomme de Savoie cheese, farmhouse Reblochon cheese.

Storage: 5 years and over.

Capacity: 75CL, 50CL, 37.5CL, 150CL Magnum.
