 Tasting:
 Pale gold in color with green highlights. Very aromatic nose. The fruity attack is followed by a tangy freshness.
 Serving temperature 8-13°C

 Terroir: Vines aged 6 to 20 years planted on clay-limestone slopes.

 Agreements: Aperitif, warm cheese gougères, melon with country ham, pan-fried foie gras, lamb tagine with almonds, Roquefort cheese, Bleu d'Auvergne cheese.

 Shelf life: 3 to 5 years.
